1. Acceptance of terms
By using ResumeFit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ResumeFit provides AI-assisted resume parsing, ATS compatibility scoring, and AI rewrites against a job description. We do not guarantee any specific job outcome, interview, or recruiter response.
3. Pricing & subscriptions
All prices are subject to change at any time. Existing paid subscriptions continue at their original price for the remainder of the current billing period; price changes apply at the next renewal and we will notify you in advance by email when this happens. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) submit content you do not have the right to submit; (b) use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent resumes; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any resume, job description, or text you submit. You grant ResumeFit a limited license to process that content with our AI providers for the sole purpose of delivering the service. We do not sell your content.
6. AI-generated output
AI output can be inaccurate or include hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing every change before sending your resume to an employer. Never submit AI-generated claims about experience you do not actually have.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
